A deposit is required to hold ALL reservations. The Main House deposit is $200.00 and all cottages are $100.00. The deposit will be deducted from the total balance due upon arrival or it can be rolled over to hold the reservation for your next stay. Cash, Venmo or check is encouraged to avoid credit card fees. All credit and debit cards will include a 3.6% processing fee.
Dogs are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee. Limited to 1 dog per cottage. The fee is $100 per dog/per week or $20 per dog/per day.
All prices include taxes.
There is no pro-rated rental rate refund for early departures.
